Ad-Hoc/Pay As You Go Basis
  • £30 per hour for ad-hoc support

  • This can include any of the services listed above​​

  • Ideal for small businesses or support with small projects

  • Minimum of 1 hour per month

  • No additional costs - you only pay for the hours I work

  • Time tracked using Toggl

Monthly Retainers
  • Starting from just £150 per month

  • This guarantees my time at a higher priority than ad-hoc work - ideal if you need ongoing support with specific tasks every day, week, or month

  • Packages range from 4 hours per month up to 40 hours per month 

  • Retainer hours must be used within the calendar month of purchase and cannot be rolled over unless pre-agreed 

  • Time tracked using Toggl 

  • Payments to be made in advance

Inbox Management
  • £170 a week for consistent inbox management

  • ​I will check your inbox twice a day, Monday - Friday, 30 mins per check​

  • All emails will be organised either by labels or into folders

  • I'll respond to general emails

  • Holding emails will be sent where needed

  • Urgent emails will be flagged for your immediate attention

  • I will unsubscribe from all of those newsletters you never read

  • Any unused time can be spent doing a deep clear-out of old emails

Email
Marketing
  • I'll move everything over from your current email marketing software to MailerLite

  • I will import all of your subscribers, keeping current tags or assigning new ones to ensure your readers only get the relevant emails

  • I'll create a custom, branded newsletter template you can use for all future emails 

  • You'll also get a custom sign-up form you can use to grow your subscriber list, either to post on social media or integrate into your website

  • From £175 - with ongoing newsletter/subscriber support available too​
