I like to think of myself as the admin ninja in your pocket, but you can call me whatever you like:
Virtual assistant, personal assistant, executive assistant, wizard, chaos tamer, tech guru, lifesaver, sounding board, Mary Poppins... all things my clients have said!
I'm based out of my home office in Fife, Scotland, a gorgeous little part of the UK where I live with my wonderful wife Amy (pictured beside me on a catamaran in Crete on our third wedding anniversary!), our dog Ziggy, a cheeky and very charming Lhasa Apso, and our cat Callie, who runs the house...
(Keep scrolling for pet pics!)

My brain is basically a whirlwind of ideas, colour-coded calendars, and approximately 13 Taylor Swift songs playing at once... I'm guessing yours might be a bit chaotic too, if you're browsing for VAs?
I get it. I'm a chronic illness gal on top of ASD and ADHD, which means I completely understand how messy and overwhelming life can feel sometimes. I've spent my whole life putting systems and "life hacks" into place, so I know exactly how to bring calm to a storm.

I started my VA business in 2023 after being made redundant unexpectedly. I decided to use everything I've learned throughout my life to help people like you feel more in control. Do you want less stress, more space to breathe, and way fewer “I'll do it later” tasks hanging over your head? Of course you do! I treat every client's business as if they're my own - I genuinely care and I want to help you succeed.
I love absolutely everything wordy - so much so that I went to university in 2013 and got a degree in English Language from the University of Glasgow. I mainly focused on modern grammar, semantics, sociolinguistics and textual editing. So, if your documents need tidying up, your typos need tackling, or you just want things to sound a little more ‘you’, I’m your gal.

I’ve got over 10 years of corporate admin experience under my belt, from managing busy Sheriffs' diaries in a court office, to arranging meals for seafarers just off maritime ships. Whatever the task, I’ve probably done it. No task is too big, too little, or too silly to hand over to me. I’m comfortable dealing with all sorts of people, in all sorts of situations, and I know how to jump in and get things done without making a fuss.

So, if you’re drowning in emails, lost in your own chaotic Google Drive, or just sick of proofreading the same document for the fifty seventh time...
Don't worry - Kayleigh's got it!
p.s. I know I promised you pet pics, and I always keep my promises...
